Sometimes, it is very difficult to know how something will sound in your system & listening space until you actually try it. We understand because we have been consumers of high-end audio ourselves.

So, we came up with a policy that provides a safe framework for you to experience some of our most trusted brands and components in the comfort of your own home. No obligation. Simply experience the performance of a component so you can have peace of mind that it’s right for you.

It’s our Happiness Guarantee.

Our Happiness Guarantee is exactly that. If you are not happy with the performance of the component in your system, we promise to give you a FULL refund (excluding the freight cost).

How does it work?

With over 40 years of experience in this hobby, our team is familiar with a lot of well-known high-end components internationally at shows and in customers’ homes. Our aim is to understand what you are looking for and to help you make the right selection.

Our happiness guarantee works on a simple payment and refund basis. Once you have paid for a component, we will ship it to you via one of our trusted courier services.

We trust you will enjoy our technical support to help you install the product correctly. We will arrange for one of our team to assist you if need be. For our clients who are comfortable with swapping a component themselves we can be on hand remotely to help get you up and running.

You will then have 14 days to evaluate the equipment.

If you are happy with the sound and performance, then you keep the component and continue to enjoy your music. If you are not happy with it, you can return it to us and we will provide a FULL refund once it arrives back in our warehouse and goes through our standard inspection process (usually 2-3 days). Please note that the refund excludes the freight cost.

Naturally, it must be returned in its original condition and packaging (no scratches, dents, scuff marks, in original working order). We will arrange the courier pick-up and pay for the freight costs back to our warehouse.

  • The refund excludes credit card surcharges and associated payment surcharges.
  • This guarantee does not apply to phono cartridges.
  • This guarantee does not apply to large, heavy components that require multiple people, special equipment or specific expertise to unpack and install. To audition equipment of that nature, we recommend that you visit our dealers or our showroom in Melbourne and in the event of a purchase, we will refund the cost of your travel expenses from the purchase price.
